So, I’ve been on the road to fairly regular healthy eating lately, which includes, for me, lots of dark green leafy vegetables and complete proteins, such as eggs and salmon. Sweets, however, are my kryptonite! While there are fabulous, more healthy dessert options on the market now (I make a mean black bean brownie), I still like to stick to some tried and true favourites. No one can deny the awesomeness of peanut butter cookies, and by adding in chocolate chips, you can take it to a whole new level. I use this recipe and add about 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of milk for smoothness.
