My #100daysofexercise Challenge


A quick update on the exercise challenge — it was going swimmingly until I woke up with a savage cold yesterday morning. I had committed myself to at least thirty minutes of exercise a day, and I was doing awesome! Whether a run, a brisk walk, or extended yoga or Pilates (a great place for this is – it’s free and has a variety of different skill levels and lengths), this new challenge has definitely gotten me back on my feet in terms of health and physical activity. Next up? Perhaps a challenge to eliminate sugar completely from my diet for a brief period of time. I’m taking it one day at a time, however – we will see what tomorrow brings!
